Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our digital marketing efforts. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing and serving as a key member in managing digital marketing campaigns, s/he will be responsible for shaping and accelerating the brand’s digital presence.
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct experiments, optimize campaigns, analyze data, and implement initiatives that enhance the brand’s online presence and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage digital marketing campaigns end-to-end, inclusive of planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting across various channels including but not limited to paid search, social media, display advertising, and email marketing
- Continuously track and analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights, optimizations, and recommendations
- Identify and execute A/B test opportunities to continually improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling and effective ad creatives by identifying creative learnings and insights
- Manage, monitor, and adjust budgets for marketing channels, ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI
- Develop and execute innovative performance marketing strategies to achieve lead generation targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align performance marketing initiatives with overall business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 4+ years of proven experience in performance or digital marketing, lead generation, or a similar role
- In-depth experience with digital marketing channels and best practices, especially paid search and paid social
- Proven ability to bring innovative testing ideas to the table and implement new technologies and strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract data and trending insights
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments
- Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and project management skills

- Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc..
