Knight Commercial is a restoration company that provides comprehensive services to restore facilities to their pre-loss condition in the event of an emergency or catastrophic situation caused by water or flood damage, fire, biohazard or trauma events, and instances of mild to extensive mold growth. National Account Executive Commercial Construction Job Description:

  • Maintaining a multi-million-dollar sales budget to support $100M+ in sales
  • Assisting in the direction of the company’s mission, values, and strategic goals
  • Development of sales goals and growth plans
  • Keeping current and accurate, detailed, sales reports to enable strategic growth planning
  • Maintaining brand standards
  • Oversight and leadership of Sales staff relative to weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
  • Establishing goals designed to increase direct referral and market revenue year over year through well-defined priorities
  • Creating an environment of continuous learning, positive morale, open communication and commitment
  • Developing and implementing best practices
  • Leading, guiding, and evaluating the work of team members
  • Contributing to sales innovations, business development, and profitability of the company through direction of the goals put in place
  • Ensuring continual growth through sales, customer relations, and project profitability
  • Developing external relationships that produce a consistent and profitable stream of work for the region
  • Working with Referral/Insurance contacts to understand their business needs and concerns
  • Seeking and monitoring client feedback, resolving complaints immediately, and making clients’ lives easier through proactive claims management
  • Nurturing relationships with operations through shared awareness and by showcasing our workmanship and service
  • Assessing competition and staying current on trends and innovations in the restoration industry
  • Staying current on TPAs and industry standards
