Key Responsibilities:
- Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strong connections with homeowners, HOAs, realtors, insurance agents, and property managers through proactive cold calling and regular networking.
- Manage Leads: Document and track leads and prospects in our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement.
- Project Execution: Oversee roofing projects from measurement and estimation to completion, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
- Client Expansion: Source and cultivate client referrals to grow our customer base.
- Professional Development: Attend manufacturer and company training sessions to stay current with industry developments.
- Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to sales inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in person.
- Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on product and service delivery by comfortably climbing roofs and inspecting work.
- Market Awareness: Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:

- Physical Ability: Comfortable standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs and ladders, and walk long distances.
- Weather-Ready: Willing to work in various weather conditions, including hot, cold, humid, and rainy environments.
- Licensed and Reliable: Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation that can accommodate a 12’ ladder.
- Must live in in Austin Metro Area or surrounding area.
