What You Will Do:

  • Provides technical support to users by:
  • Researching and answering questions
  • Troubleshooting problems
  • Maintaining client devices
  • End user training
  • Improves client guidance by writing and maintaining documentation.
  • Participates in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues and making recommendations based on experience.

  • Engineering applications (CATIA, FEMAP, MSC Nastran / Patran, Creo, Solidworks, etc)
  • IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network +, Server +, etc)


Education Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
