What You’ll Do:

  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Support employees and managers with guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Drive Innovation: Introduce modern tools and technologies to improve HR processes and scale infrastructure efficiently.
  • Lead Strategically: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and anticipate future needs.
  • Coach and Develop: Guide rookie leaders through effective coaching and leadership training.
  • Champion Change: Lead organizational shifts while maintaining high employee engagement and alignment.
  • Build for Growth: Develop scalable HR policies and frameworks to support rapid expansion and evolving needs.


What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field (Master’s and SPHR certification highly preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in HRBP or generalist roles with expertise in employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
  • A proven track record of implementing HR policies in growth-focused organizations.
  • Strategic thinking paired with adaptability, integrity, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for innovation, particularly in leveraging new technologies to enhance processes.
  • The ability to collaborate with external agencies and build key infrastructure while mentoring leaders and fostering a supportive culture.
