The primary objective for the Facets Claims Test Lead role is to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality testing services for our client's Facets Claims system. This role will manage the overall offshore delivery from component, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) test execution. The Test Lead will build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent and quality delivery, coordinate effectively with onshore development and business teams, and provide comprehensive status reporting and defect management to support the organization’s operational and strategic goals.


Technical Requirements:

Facets System Proficiency:

  • Extensive experience with Facets, particularly in claims processing.
  • Knowledge of various Facets modules and their integration points.
  • Knowledge wit EDI 835, 837, etc


Testing Expertise:

  • Strong background in component, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency with test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Will not be hands on testing but overseeing the testing team - this is more business facing


Defect Management:

  • Expertise in defect tracking and management tools.
  • Ability to analyze defect trends and implement corrective actions.


Reporting:

  • Ability to generate detailed daily and weekly status reports.
  • Experience with reporting tools and dashboards.


Coordination Skills:

  • Proven track record in managing offshore teams and ensuring seamless collaboration with onshore teams.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects and priorities.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client expectations and deliver high satisfaction.
