Our client is a leading distributor of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, parts, and supplies. They're committed to delivering innovative solutions, excellent customer service, and a rewarding work environment for our employees.


They are looking to add a Territory Manager who is responsible for managing and growing sales within the Houston geographic area, focusing on building strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role involves close collaboration with branch teams, customers, and vendors to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Achieve or exceed sales targets by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the territory.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Account Management: Analyze customer needs and provide solutions through a range of HVAC products and services.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with branch staff and vendors to coordinate efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Track and report sales performance and progress toward goals using company CRM tools.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry or related field.
  • Has worked with small and medium-sized businesses
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Must live in Harris County
