We are currently seeking a dedicated and analytical Category Management & Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in the U.S. and contribute to our ongoing success.


Position Summary:

The Category Management & Supply Chain Analyst will play a vital role in optimizing supply chain efficiency and supporting category management strategies for the N.A. Williams vendor base. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in extracting actionable insights from complex data. This role will support sales, category, and supply chain teams, developing new processes and providing insights to drive data-informed business decisions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Track and report on supply chain and sales performance metrics, providing regular updates
  • Support the sales team with data-driven insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to sales leadership to drive business decisions including support for line review support, collaborative supply chain initiatives, and ad hoc presentations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales, inventory, and product strategies and initiatives
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform category, supply chain, and sales strategies
  • Assist in developing accurate forecasts and identify inventory management opportunities


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven experience as a Sales Analyst or in a similar role, background / experience in Category Management and Supply Chain a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing multiple priorities, as well as part of a team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to share findings effectively with diverse teams
  • Familiarity with forecasting and inventory management
