ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst working hybrid in Atlanta, GA to support our premier client’s Relay Product Excellence team. The ideal candidate will be a smart, enthusiastic, hard-working, and creative person, with excellent analytical skills. This is a 6-month contract role that offers an exciting introduction to our client’s Relay Marketplace and provides a training ground for success.


Responsibilities:

  • Complete a variety of insight generation tasks to support the Account Enforcement processes, satisfying pre-defined SLA's.
  • Work with individuals internally across Company to procure necessary approvals, create and fulfill business requests.
  • Apply business judgement to determine the severity and resolution path for independently identified issues.
  • Proactively escalate areas for process improvement and automation.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, establishing standard operating procedures.
  • Provide data-driven analytics and support to business partners in quantifying and resolving issues.
  • Continuously evaluate tools and processes and offer solutions to ensure they are efficient, high quality, and scalable.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations discipline.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and logical reasoning skills.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience.


Preferred Skills:

  • Strong Math, Logical, Problem-Solving skills
  • Strong analytical abilities, and high proficiency creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel
  • Analyst work background, or focus in higher education
  • Experience working with large datasets
