How You'll Help Us Build the DNA of Tech:


The Director of Operations, Marketing Communications, is responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency and execution of marketing communications strategies. This role is critical in managing resources, optimizing processes, and ensuring the seamless delivery of communication initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic goals. The Director will focus on streamlining workflows, managing budgets, and coordinating cross-functional teams to enhance the impact and reach of marketing campaigns.


  • Operational Management: Lead the day-to-day operations of the marketing communications team, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, events, and content creation.
  • - Process Optimization: Develop and implement streamlined processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing communication efforts, ensuring timely delivery of all projects.
  • - Project Management: Oversee the management of multiple marketing projects, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, business objectives, and deadlines.
  • - Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate resources, including budgets, personnel, and tools, to maximize output and impact across all marketing communication activities.
  • - Vendor Management: Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to brand standards.
  • - Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze key performance metrics for marketing communications activities and use data insights to refine strategies and improve results.
  • - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, sales, PR, and digital teams to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging across all channels and platforms.
  • - Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing communications budget, ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.
  • - Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure that all marketing materials comply with regulatory standards and maintain the highest level of quality control.


Knowledge and Experience You'll Need:


  • - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • - 10+ years of experience in marketing communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership or operations role.
  • - Experience in managing large, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • - Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • - Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools, project management platforms, and analytics.
  • - Background in technology or manufacturing industries preferred.
  • - High attention to detail and strong analytical skills for identifying legal risks.
  • - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
