Marketing Specialist Assistant

**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist Assistant to join our team in the Medical Technology sector. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing digital marketing initiatives and campaigns, collaborating with the Marketing Communications team, and managing operational tools for project creation, tracking, and approvals.
**Key Responsibilities:*** Develop project plans that outline key milestones, deliverables, and timelines* Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team to implement digital marketing strategies across various channels* Manage operational tools including Smartsheet, Bynder, Campaign Cockpit Tool, Release Tool, and Percolate* Support a team of 6 professionals in achieving digital marketing goals
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, or related field* Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in B2B Marketing and/or Communications* Project management skills* Digital and technical app applications aptitude* Content mapping* Interest in digital marketing and initiative for growth* Content development* Looking for project management experience
