Call Center Representative

As a Client Support Service Professional, you’ll handle incoming calls regarding various account-related inquiries with precision and efficiency. You’ll be expected to consistently meet performance metrics while providing world-class service.
Support areas include:
- Cash Management products and services
- Online (client website) and mobile app assistance
- General account and financial inquiries
We’re looking for individuals who are professional, career-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong multitasking skills and adaptability in a dynamic financial service center are key.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate degree/College diploma
- Experience: Level 2
Pay Rate : $19 per hr on W2
