As a Client Support Service Professional, youll handle incoming calls regarding various account-related inquiries with precision and efficiency. Youll be expected to consistently meet performance metrics while providing world-class service.

Support areas include:

  • Cash Management products and services
  • Online (client website) and mobile app assistance
  • General account and financial inquiries

Were looking for individuals who are professional, career-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong multitasking skills and adaptability in a dynamic financial service center are key.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate degree/College diploma
  • Experience: Level 2

Pay Rate : $19 per hr on W2
