IT Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify, prospect, and engage new clients.

· Hunting focus.

· Expand our client portfolio and business volume.

· Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the closure of sales opportunities.

· Keep a keen eye on emerging trends and technologies impacting service sales.

· Collaborate with sales team members to create effective outbound prospecting processes.


Main requirements:

  • Expertise with custom software development services sales (hunting experience).
  • Experience working with and selling global teams on a staff augmentation basis.
  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in selling IT staffing positions is required.
  • Expertise in team, project and solution sales
  • Proven full life cycle sales experience.
  • Track record of successful customer relationship management, including lead conversion.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

What To Expect

  • The base salary for this position ranges between $60,000 and $90,000, depending on the level of experience.
  • Uncapped commissions
  • Focus on local accounts (minimal travel)
