Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and distribute invoices to customers promptly.
  • Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to maintain accurate records of payments and outstanding balances.
  • Prepare and submit pre-lien notices, manage lien releases, and ensure compliance with construction lien laws.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment disputes and discrepancies.
  • Prepare aging reports and assist with month-end closing processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
