Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the firm's overall objectives and position it as an industry leader.
  • Drive brand awareness and positioning through innovative and impactful campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms and channels.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Lead client acquisition efforts focused on optimizing return on investment (ROI) and conversion rates.
  • Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to optimize marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities and delivers measurable outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the legal industry.
  • Proven experience leading successful brand positioning and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in campaign management and reporting tools for Google, Meta, and Bing.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • In-depth knowledge of market research, consumer behavior, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals and exceed performance expectations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
