Cornerstone is a growing construction service company that works mainly with residential customers. We handle foundation repair and waterproofing issues that arise at homes and commercial buildings.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Office Coordinator at Cornerstone Foundation Repair and Waterproofing located in Raleigh, NC. The Construction Office Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing office operations, and providing support to the construction team. This includes answering phones and entering lead information, organizing documents and files, coordinating communication with clients and contractors, and invoicing the jobs when complete.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Contractor Accelerator, Quickbooks, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of construction industry is a plus
- Previous experience in office administration or coordination is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent education
