Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator, comfortable handling phone calls, and proficient in overseeing various office administration tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
