Our client, a busy family practice, is looking for 2 experienced Medical Receptionists to join their growing team In this role, you will be responsible for greeting patients, verifying insurance information, scheduling appointments, collecting copays, transcribing notes, updating patient information, and electronic filing. As a Medical Receptionist you will be the first point of contact upon patient arrival, and play a crucial role in creating a positive patient experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, firm understanding of insurances (Medicare, Medicaid, Primary, Secondary, etc.), and experience working in EMR/EHR systems.
