Administrative Coordinator | Temporary

The Ford Agency is looking for an Administrative Coordinator for DC-based association. The Coordinator will work directly with the Office Manager to ensure the office is kept well-stocked, presentable, and operating efficiently and the daily administrative needs of each team are met.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage the front desk and other shared spaces
- Coordinate operational functions of the office: phones, mail, shipping, supplies, etc.
- Assist HR and IT teams with various projects
- Provide scheduling and travel booking support to CEO
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years' of administrative experience, non-profit or association environment preferred
- Proficiency in MSOffice products
- Ability to prioritize projects and problems solve

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
