Position Type: Full-time, On-site
Position Overview: Our organization seeks a meticulous and highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join an esteemed finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining strict compliance with relevant regulations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute precise payroll processing for the entire organizational workforce
- Verify and reconcile time records to ensure utmost accuracy
- Calculate wages, deductions, and overtime compensation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
- Maintain strict adherence to all applicable payroll regulations and standards
- Address employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate effectively with Human Resources and Finance departments to resolve discrepancies
- Generate comprehensive payroll reports for management review and analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in payroll software and systems
- Comprehensive understanding of payroll processes and regulatory requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven track record of maintaining payroll accuracy in dynamic work environments
