Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative and Financial Assistant to provide exceptional support to the Directo for a full-time on-site role located in Morrisville, NC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Director's schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing and editing documents, assisting with budgeting and financial planning, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience as a QuickBooks specialist, with expertise in managing financial records, processing transactions, and generating reports.

 

Responsibilities:

 

•       Manage the Director's schedule and correspondence

•       Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports

•       Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports

•       Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and record-keeping

•       Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases

•       Coordinate meetings, events, and projects as needed

•       Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures

•       Provide exceptional customer service to internal

•       Manage financial records and transactions in QuickBooks

•       Generate financial reports and perform data analysis

•       Support HR functions, including:

Ø Recruitment and hiring processes

Ø Onboarding and training new employees

Ø Benefits administration and compliance

Ø Performance management and evaluation

 

Requirements:

 

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or financial role

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills

• QuickBooks certification or equivalent experience

• HR certification (or equivalent experience)
