Sales Account Executive

AE Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the Phoenix market by identifying target market business and work to accumulate business to meet budget goals.
- Cultivate relationships with prospective clients – through phone calls, emails, or coffee meetings – and go above and beyond to ensure feelings of trust with new partnerships.
- Identify the needs of current clients and their markets to build relationships to service their staffing needs accordingly through weekly calls, meetings, breaking breads, lunches, and quarterly business reviews.
- Work side-by-side with a team of recruiters to service local clients with candidates by filling their open positions.
- Drive accountability in team members to efficiently utilize our sourcing tools and systems to find and attract the best candidates for the appropriate positions.
- Strategize and implement creative processes for daily operations.
AE Requirements:
- 2+ years of staffing experience (in any staffing industry) is highly preferred. Ideally Light Industrial and Manufacturing.
- 3+ years proven experience in new business development, sales and account management is required.
Salary:
Expected total compensation - $100,000+/year (salary + commission)
**This is NOT a remote position. This role is 100% in-office**
