· 2 – 3 years’ experience with Amazon Seller Platform including:
- FBA (Fulfilment By Amazon)
- Amazon Ads Campaigns: ACOS (Advertisement Cost of Sale)
- Dealing with Buy-Box and MAP policy
- Managing Amazon Brand Register: IP Infringements, Authorized Reseller Program, Store and A+ pages.
- Managing Amazon sales and traffic reports: Analyzing conversion rate, visits, opportunities…
- Catalog creation, improvement, and export
· Experience with other marketplaces platforms including Shopify

Power Probe started in California in 1992 and was later incorporated into MGL Group. Job Description
The individual in this role will continue to build our e-commerce discipline in the Americas and will work in-house at our Americas Region headquarters in Charlotte, NC. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the overall e-commerce Marketplaces strategy, the online revenue goals, and the presence of various brands within the Power Probe Group Inc. portfolio, including Power Probe, KPS and C-Logic brands. The successful candidate for this role will live and breathe digital analytics to spark customer acquisition, interface with business stakeholders, and be responsible for delivery of return on investment.

Role and Responsibilities
· Establish the Americas Region strategy for e-commerce Marketplaces.
· Plan and execute promotional campaigns for the company's e-commerce Marketplaces platforms.
· Actively sell and achieve sales targets for the company’s e-commerce platform.
· Create and maintain an e-commerce budget.
· Responsible for the design, creation, maintenance, promotion, and development of accounts in the different Marketplaces in which we are already working (Amazon and Shopify). Implement accounts in other Marketplaces (eBay, etc.).
· Fundamental role in the design and implementation of social media channels linked to online sales.
· Performance reporting – responsible for developing reporting structure/dashboard of KPIs to support business.
· Revenue & Goal Measurements – responsible for finalized demand plan and ongoing inventory levels with the ability to shift strategy where needed in order to meet annual and monthly revenue expectations.
· Site Merchandising and Experience Optimization – manage overall site merchandising and consumer site journey for optimal experience.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper streamlining of sales order creation, processing, and fulfillment.
· Manage customer service issues related to e-commerce.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications or related discipline; and 2 - 3 years of proven experience in a similar e-Commerce Marketplaces role selling in the United States required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· 2 - 3 years working with e-Commerce Marketplaces platforms.
· 2 - 3 years working in web analytics platform, Google Analytics experience preferred.
· 2 - 3 years’ experience in a sales management role working with in-house teams and outside vendors.
Required Skills/Abilities
· Leadership skills and the ability to create a vision for the team.
· Expertise in digital marketing, retail, and e-commerce
· Ability to build revenue forecasts and experience crafting strategy that drives to targets.
· Strong presentation skills; excellent oral and written communication skills, must be able to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the proven ability to collaborate with teammates
· Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products online.
· Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, web design, email marketing software and similar related software.
· ERP experience with SAP strongly preferred.
· Bilingual English/Spanish would be a plus.
Physical Requirements
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, talking on the phone and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
· Ability to travel within the Americas Region approximately 10%; infrequent travel possible to EMEA.
· This role is based in Charlotte, NC, and requires daily office visits. It is not a remote position.
