As a partner of several Fortune 500 companies, M. V Marketing customizes targeted marketing campaigns to help our clients expand their market presence. Our highly trained sales team is capable of launching new products and services quickly and effectively.


Position Overview:

As an Marketing Development Trainee, you’ll build strong relationships with customers and introduce them to the latest products and services from our top-tier clients. This role offers the chance to develop leadership skills, manage a team, and eventually oversee your own territory. You will be a key representative for our clients in Madison, driving both sales and brand awareness. Successful candidates are self-starters, excellent communicators, and goal-driven individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through daily, one-on-one interactions to promote and sell products
  • Meet and exceed sales goals within your designated territory
  • Build and enhance brand awareness for clients through upselling and promotional events
  • Assist customers in identifying their needs and recommend the best solutions within the product portfolio
  • Drive sales growth by representing major telecommunication brands at promotional events
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partnered retailers

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed goals or performance standards
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing or sales
  • Strong communication, organizational, and people skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor with a positive approach to handling challenges
