Position Summary: The Creative Director will lead Devereux Golf's apparel production, content creation, and marketing initiatives. This role requires a visionary leader with experience in photography, videography, and graphic design to create innovative and viral content that resonates with our target audience.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Apparel Design & Production:
  • Lead the design and development of new menswear collections, ensuring they meet brand standards and market trends.
  • Collaborate with production teams to bring concepts to life, from design to final product.
  • Innovate with new materials, fits, and technologies that enhance performance and style.
  1. Content Creation & Production:
  • Manage the production of photography, videography, and graphic design for campaigns, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Develop viral, engaging content that elevates brand presence and resonates with both traditional and modern golfers.
  • Ensure all creative content aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.
  1. Marketing & Brand Strategy:
  • Partner with the marketing team to create strategies for product launches, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Oversee the creative vision for advertising, social media, and digital marketing.
  • Maintain consistency in the visual representation of the brand across all platforms.
  1. Leadership & Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers, photographers, videographers, and graphic artists.
  • Provide creative direction, feedback, and ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Manage external creative collaborations, including agencies, freelancers, and influencers.
  1. Brand Evolution & Innovation:
  • Stay ahead of fashion and market trends to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of golf apparel.
  • Continually evolve the brand's visual identity to appeal to both current and new audiences.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in creative direction, apparel design, or content production, preferably within fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in apparel design, photography, videography, and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design tools.
  • Experience leading and mentoring creative teams.
  • Strong understanding of the intersection between fashion, performance, and lifestyle in the golf market.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
