Job Description:

The Project Assistant will provide vital support in managing program timelines, coordinating meetings, and ensuring project deliverables are met. The ideal candidate will bring their organizational skills and attention to detail to manage reports and correspondence with key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide both administrative and strategic support for program initiatives.
  • Assist with project timeline management to ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
  • Manage project reports using Excel and internal databases.
  • Coordinate meetings between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain consistent communication with project funders, partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a nonprofit or similar professional setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Education preferred but not required if supplemented by experience.
