Pay Rate: $35-$40 per hour DOE
Our client, a renewables organization, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to add to their team
Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end candidate journey and experience (sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer, hire) serving as the partner for company leaders across business units.
- Partner with hiring managers throughout the interview process from kick-off to first day, creating a deep understanding of their hiring needs.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify challenges and opportunities in the search.
- Create sourcing strategies and proactively search for candidates through passive engagement and reach-out, creating a pipeline for future talent and defining sourcing strategies and methods for hard-to-fill positions.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the diversity of our talent pool.
- Manage and coordinate candidate processes and communicate with applicants to answer questions, schedule interviews, and ensure a timely, positive experience.
- Own responsibility for the client's Applicant Tracking System, ensuring data is accurate for reporting.
Talent Acquisition Specialist Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience hiring in construction, engineering, or energy sector preferred.
- A strong understanding of the hiring landscape and a knowledge of the tools to attract highly in-demand talent across the United States.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Self-motivated and curious to learn new strategies, technologies, or new sourcing avenues.
- Ability to take initiative and work well independently, as well as collaboratively with the team and hiring managers.
- Adaptability and flexibility to pivot in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated commitment towards diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
- Experience with MS Office; PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and reporting;
- Greenhouse (ATS) experience is a plus.
