Talent Acquisition Strategist

This HR Director position offers a unique opportunity to lead people strategy and initiatives in the field of Real World Evidence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in human resources, with a strong background in talent acquisition, employee development, and compensation and benefits.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent, while fostering a positive and inclusive culture. They will partner with key stakeholders to provide strategic HR guidance, address employee relations matters, and drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior leadership in areas such as talent acquisition, employee development, compensation, and benefits.
- Lead employee relations efforts, including addressing and resolving employee concerns, managing disciplinary actions, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the life sciences industry, particularly in Real World Evidence or related fields.
Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year.
