Business Analyst

Bring your passion for leading work across organizational lines, building new product capabilities for customers and helping enhance a key Fidelity managed account product offering to the Portfolio Personalization squad in the Personalized Planning & Advice for Workplace (PPA W) product area. We are looking for an established leader with experience in product development, business analysis, program management and the ability to understand and thrive in a complex business and systems environment.
As a Director, Customer Solutions you will work within the WI Agile framework as a member of the Customer Solutions Chapter aligned to the PP&A W product area. We are focused on critical enhancements to our managed account product to drive more highly personalized portfolios for participants. We work in the underlying technology layers of PP&A W and partner with technology teams in Workplace Investing (WI) and Personal Investing (PI).
You will collaborate across business and technology teams applying your expertise in the design and maintenance of business architecture coupled with owning and understanding technical implications to program participants. You will be responsible for collaborating effectively with key stakeholders, deployment readiness and understanding the end-to-end participant experience. Operating as a change agent, facilitating critical coordination across teams including planning, design and problem-solving.
Expertise and Skills You Have
- Exceptional business analysis skills in a product development environment including requirements and data analysis, use case development, product, and process documentation.
- Experience thinking strategically about business problems and contributing to solution ideas.
- Background in systems analysis preferred.
- Ability to participant in technical discussions and work through solution options with technology partners
- Ability to facilitate diverse groups of people to move towards solutions while influencing key decision makers based on analysis findings.
- Strong consulting orientation with a demonstrated ability to establish relationships.
- Negotiation, influencing and enterprise navigation capabilities.
- Proven time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple competing priorities.
- 10+ years business architecture/ business analysis / product management, ideally working in an Agile Scrum environment, with ability to work across multiple teams.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
