Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand OTSAW’s reach in target market (i.e., medical equipment/supplies distributor, healthcare logistics)
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with channel partners to drive mutual business objectives and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and implement effective channel partner programs, promotions, and sales initiatives
  • Provide ongoing support, training, and enablement resources to channel partners to ensure successful product adoption and sales execution
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, sales trends, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth
  • Analyze business database, market potential and identify business opportunity.
  • Assist in conducting market research and strategizing unique business position.
  • Manage channel marketing materials and knowledge distribution
  • Maintain regular contact with sales partners to ensure that they are actively marketing the company's items
  • Develop and manage pro-active competitive strategies and targeted Partner campaigns


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of new business development experience in healthcare logistics industry with good record on success
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills and command in English
  • Excellent analytical skill through rationale, logical and creative thinking
  • Proficiency in database application, presentation and report writing
  • Highly self-driven, success oriented and resourcefulness
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Hubspot and Odoo
  • Willing to travel
  • As this position will liaise with overseas counterparts, candidate must be comfortable with some time zone differences when attending meetings.
  • Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
