Job Summary: The HR Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing division benefits, managing leaves of absence, administering workers’ compensation, and implementing wellness initiatives. This role also provides HRIS support and guidance to users, ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of HR processes and procedures in alignment with company strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer FMLA, coordinating with multi-state leave laws and managing company short-term sick pay and long-term disability plans.

Lead the provision of HRIS guidance to users, supporting the implementation and maintenance of HR processes and procedures.

Coordinate and execute division benefits programs.

Manage leaves of absence and workers’ compensation administration.

Implement wellness initiatives to promote employee well-being.

Uphold and lead safety policies and practices, demonstrating a commitment to safety in all job functions.

Key areas they are targeting in skill set are HRIS experience and Leave/FMLA experience.
