Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers across various departments to understand workforce needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, industry networks, social media, and referrals to attract and engage qualified candidates
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Manage the candidate interview process, scheduling, and facilitating feedback sessions to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles, proactively identifying future hiring needs and strategic talent acquisition opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience, acting as a brand ambassador for the company and promoting our culture and values
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter within the manufacturing industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of manufacturing roles and requirements
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools; familiarity with HR databases and candidate management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, with a commitment to continuous improvement in recruitment practices
