We’d love to add an experienced Account Manager to our fast-growing team.

The role will be based in Midland, TX.


Job Duties:

  • Primary duty is meeting sales goal by obtaining contracts for services.
  • Attend client meetings and make product recommendations that best fit client needs.
  • Provide services in support of client’s business plan
  • Maintain client contracts by servicing, pricing, and coordinating deliveries
  • Perform basic field analysis including but not limited to water analysis, oil treating, scale and corrosion monitoring and interpretation of common water analysis.
  • Mentor current service personnel and delivery drivers with an emphasis on treatment schedules and field surveys delivery schedules.
  • Assist with account management and customer service activities under the guidance of upper management.
  • Assist with sales calls with an emphasis on research, objectives, proposals, contracts and follow ups.
  • Assist with collection of samples, utilizing proper sample techniques, along with proper lab procedures, labeling and shipment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Suite – Primarily Excel
  • Real Time Reporting Ability a must
  • 5-10 years of experience in upstream production chemicals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong skills pertaining to sour gas treating, preferably experience with multiple disciplines such as Bubble Towers, Atomization Injection, Ultra Fab Treating, Flow loop, etc.
  • Must be able to multi-task between multiple customers daily
