Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for helping customers with phone and online orders, product inquiries, and product recommendations. You will become an expert in bra fitting in this position, offering fit and styling advice to customers while driving sales.


Representative(s) will be expected to provide exceptional customer service and deliver an impeccable experience for the Bare Necessities customer, measured by increased customer satisfaction and service level standards.


Responsibilities:

Qualifications

  • experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or intimate apparel setting
  • of bra fitting techniques and familiarity with bra sizing is preferred
  • communication skills, both verbal and written
  • experience working with 3PL
  • using Windows, Microsoft Office suite, and email/Outlook
  • sales experience a plus
  • to commute to Secaucus office 2-3 days per week
  • to handle high call volume
