Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of ground-up commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project requirements and exceed expectations.
  • Implement sustainable building practices and environmentally-friendly solutions throughout the construction process, aligning with our client's commitment to reducing environmental impact.
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, plans, and reports, to ensure compliance with regulations and project specifications.
  • Lead project team meetings, provide clear direction, and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in ground-up commercial construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, from pre-construction to closeout.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices and green construction techniques preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
