Position Summary: We're searching for a skilled Electrical Foreman to lead our dynamic team in Asheville, North Carolina. This role is crucial for overseeing production, managing personnel, and ensuring top-notch electrical installations across various projects. You'll be at the forefront of our operations, blending leadership with technical expertise to drive project success.

Your Impact:

  • Direct and inspire a team of electricians, fostering a culture of learning, teamwork, and excellence.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Train and evaluate team members, providing feedback and development opportunities.
  • Efficiently manage materials and resources, maintaining optimal inventory levels and coordinating logistics.
  • Liaise with superintendents or project managers to align on project schedules, updates, and labor management.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with other trades, ensuring coordinated efforts and timely project progression.

Requirements

Who You Are:

  • You bring over five years of experience as an electrician, including direct experience managing teams and project schedules.
  • Your expertise in the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and construction safety regulations is second to none.
  • You're a natural leader, capable of mentoring, motivating, and guiding your team towards achieving project goals.
  • Your communication skills enable you to effectively coordinate with team members, management, and other trades.
