(ADP Workforce Now Experience)
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Recruiter with high-volume healthcare recruiting experience, who is skilled in the use of ADP Workforce Now to join a busy physician practice management group. This role requires a balance of full cycle recruiting efforts with the technical responsibility of building out and optimizing ADP Workforce Now's Recruiting and Onboarding Modules. The ideal candidate will support hiring needs while ensuring the ADP system is effectively set up to manage job postings, applications, and the candidate experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruiting
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for clinical and administrative roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and post openings on various platforms.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Report regularly to HR and hiring managers on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and applicant quality, and recommend adjustments based on insights.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends in recruitment to continuously improve efforts.
ADP Workforce Now
- Build out and configure the ADP Workforce Now Recruiting Module, including job posting setup, applicant tracking workflows, and candidate database management.
- Ensure the ADP system is optimized for receiving and processing employment applications, tracking candidate status, and managing applicant communications.
- Execute offer letters and facilitate the onboarding process through ADP Workforce Now, ensuring new hires complete all necessary documentation prior to their start date.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare or physician practice management.
- Proven experience with ADP Workforce Now, specifically the Recruiting and Onboarding Modules.
- Strong ability to source, attract, and assess top talent through various recruiting channels.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple roles and system-related tasks concurrently.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with hiring managers and ensure an efficient recruitment process.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating reports and presentations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred.
- Experience recruiting for healthcare roles, including front office, clinical, and administrative staff.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and compliance requirements for recruitment and onboarding.
