Job Summary

Advanced Medical Manage is seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top talent to conducting interviews and extending job offers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates
  • Screen and evaluate candidate resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess skills and qualifications to match job requirements
  • Collaborate with HR Manager to ensure all requisition forms are completed accurately and compensation trends are up-to-date
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates in progress and provide regular updates on the hiring process to management
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and applicants, both verbally and in writing
  • Work with Human Resource Management and hiring managers to develop recruitment plans based on staffing and workforce needs
  • Assist with onboarding new staff members and provide support to HR staff as needed
  • Travel occasionally for trainings, job fairs, and employee events

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of recruiting experience, with a focus on healthcare recruiting preferred
  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business or HR-related field preferred
  • Knowledge of ADP HRIS or similar system preferred
  • Excellent skills in Excel and Microsoft Outlook
  • Knowledge of applicable state and federal employment laws
