As a Help Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for internal users seeking technical assistance. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, a superb customer service orientation, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
- Perform initial diagnostics to identify and troubleshoot issues with desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Assist with routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, and backups.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Experience working within Active Directory.
- Solid understanding of Software Deployment Tools (SCCM a plus).
- Excellent grasp on ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or ZenDesk.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office 365).
- Knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
