Helpdesk Technician

MAKE SURE THEY HAVE EXPERIENCE: Imaging, Deployments, setting up training rooms, testing labs, and command centers.


Hospital Client is doing a large software implementation and they need to do a complete Hardware replacement (PC/Laptop/Printer) and install a standard image (using SCCM) to do installs. The technicians will then install the Computer/Laptop/Printers and do basic testing.


Person should have experience with imaging and installing software/hardware.


They will be installing DELL equipment. IMAGING using SCCM. Should understand Domains/Active Directory.



Schedule is M-F - 8/9am to 5./6pm


There will be a 10 page SCRIPT that each Technician will follow. The process will be outlined, so someone with experience should have no issues.


MUST HAVE GREAT COMMUNICATION AND CUSTIMER SERVICE, as they will be interacting with Doctors and Nurses onsite.
