Job Location: Onsite Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Rate: $20/hr for Day and $22 for Night Shift

Shift Timing:

7 am - 4 pm

3 pm - 12 am

11 am - 8 am

Overview:

Our team is seeking Service Center Technicians to take incoming calls and be assigned outstanding open tasks leading up to the EPIC Go-Live. Prior to the EPIC Go-Live, they will receive training on the EPIC modules used by Broward Health. These resources will also utilize LogMeIn for remote access and have experience with LogMeIn or similar remote software. Knowledge of ServiceNow for logging and tracking tickets is a plus.

The Helpdesk uses ServiceNow to log and track tickets, and experience with this tool would be beneficial. This client is primarily a Microsoft shop with MS Office 365, and employees will be trained on applications specific to their business. Typical tickets include installing drivers, unlocking accounts, connecting to Active Directory, adding peripherals, and onboarding new employees to the network. Additionally, they will assist with troubleshooting issues with various applications and provide information on software usage.
