At AEG, we are seeking a highly skilled AV Facility Technician to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting all audio-visual equipment and IT support for our facilities, including the Baptist Health IcePlex/War Memorial Auditorium.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate audio-visual equipment, including projectors, screens, mixers, microphones, and speakers.
  • Configure and operate digital consoles, including Allen & Heath and Behringer X32.
  • Manage cable infrastructure, including SDI, coax, ethernet, and XLR cables.
  • Assist with event setup and teardown, including LED wall installations and watch party setups.
  • Provide technical support for IT helpdesk and other technical issues.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 4 years of AV installation or production experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
