Job Description: The person in this role is responsible for organizing and maintaining the business’s legal agreements inclusive of loan, construction, lease, and vendor contracts. Additionally, the role functions as a resource for various departments, offering insights and solutions to contract-related inquiries.


  • Maintain and manage legal agreements, documentation, and databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with diverse groups of attorneys on loan agreements and other contracts to ensure compliance with BA corporate guidelines.
  • Oversee post-signing set up procedures, meticulously organizing documents, agreements, reports, and amendments for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Manage Secure Docs portal, setting up data rooms and providing user access.
  • Complete detailed agreement abstracts following signing.
  • Manage correspondence with loan servicers, insurance carriers and title firms.
  • Write contract letters and other communications and notices.


Skills & Qualifications:


  • 3+ years prior experience in a contract administration role or a related field.
  • Exemplifies knowledge of contract law, accounting principles and finance.
  • Should exhibit strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience with attorney prepared contracts (e.g. mortgage loan agreements; commercial leases; purchase & sale agreements).
  • Possesses superior attention to detail to spot inconsistencies in contracts.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Professional demeanor and presentation to represent Firm facing other institutions.
  • Quickly adapt and shift priorities as needed. Excel in problem-solving on the go.
  • Handle sensitive corporate information with discretion, ensuring confidentiality.
