Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Benefits/Employee Engagement Manager for a client of ours in St. Louis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks related to employee benefits, managing employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring smooth operations within the HR department. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.



Responsibilities


- Track and manage employee benefit claims, invoices paid, and other relevant data.

- Assist brokers and individuals with claims-related inquiries and processes.

- Utilize data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in benefit programs.

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees regarding benefits enrollment.

- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits packages and eligibility criteria.

- Update HRIS (UKG) system with accurate employee benefit information.

- Coordinate and execute open enrollment processes, including communication and documentation.

- Prepare informative presentations via PowerPoint for employees regarding benefit options and changes.

- Serve as the co-chair of the wellness committee, organizing and promoting wellness initiatives.

- Manage follow-ups after onboarding and employee surveys to gather feedback and enhance engagement.

- Assist in organizing celebrations for employee birthdays and work anniversaries.

Additional Information:

- This position does not have any direct reports.

- The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on employee satisfaction and organizational success through effective benefits management and engagement initiatives.



Qualifications:


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration or a similar HR role.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.

- Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly UKG, is preferred.

- SHRM certification is an added bonus, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and HR best practices.
