As the Office Manager, you will provide administrative and organizational support to the contact center management team and ensure the smooth operation of all daily office activities for a state-wide customer service contact center.

Qualifications for the position include:

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), organization, and PC skills (i.e., Microsoft Office; Word and Excel).
  • Perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
  • Work well under pressure and relate to a broad range of employees.
  • Ability to balance conflicting points of view and to handle the unexpected.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information appropriately and discreetly.
