Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Inside Sales/ Technical Support associate at Lubrication Technologies, Inc. New England. The Inside Sales/Technical Support associate will be responsible for managing incoming calls to assist prospects in providing solutions to their unique challenges ranging from simple remote grease applications to complex custom designed automatic lubrication systems as well as ultimately providing lubricant recommendations. The candidate will be promoting best practices and build our brand of providing holistic lubrication management.

Since every product we sell can stand alone yet is related to virtually every other product we market, the candidate must be capable of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing clients as well as new prospects, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. The role requires effective communication, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the role that lubrication plays as well as a technical foundation of our industry.

  • Proven sales experience in B2B environments
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Must have experience in the mechanical world- i.e. industrial, heavy equipment, asset maintenance
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Knowledge of lubrication systems and industrial equipment
  • Experience in conducting market research and analysis
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the lubrication industry is mandatory

Compensation range is starting and is dependent on experience. Opportunities for additional compensation are available based on job performance.
