Billing Control Analyst

The Role

The Billing Control Analyst position acts as an overseer, a consultant and key business partner to our Custody Business partners and Billing team and liaisons with the Risk and Compliance professionals with the overall goal of ensuring a high level of accuracy in billing and compliance with key controls.



The Team

The billing unit within Fidelity Clearing and Custody Solutions (FCCS) business group supports relationship management teams, client service teams, pricing and sales teams, and various product teams. Candidates are responsible for timely review of key control steps within the process, validation of accuracy in billing set up and working with product teams on upstream data validation.



The Expertise You Have

  • Bachelor's Degree Required (Finance/Accounting Preferred)
  • 3-5 Years of financial services and/or operations experience

The Value You Deliver

  • Preform audit and oversight work on key billing activities.
  • Lead or support resolution of identified items including enhancing processes or controls.
  • Identify and deliver process enhancements for the efficient, accurate and timely completion of all activities
  • Provide root cause analysis and insights into issue resolutions
  • Work with business and technology partners to resolve issues
  • Proactive participation & management on various projects/initiatives
  • Maintain and update procedure documentation


Dynamic Working

At Fidelity TalentSource, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we call “Dynamic Working.” Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a Fidelity location for at least one week, 5 consecutive days, every four weeks. These requirements are subject to change.
