**About the Role**  

We are seeking an **Account Manager** to join either our **Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)** or **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)** team. In this role, you’ll focus on selling either ERP solutions or CRM software, which will require a basic understanding of accounting or customer relationship principles, depending on the team you join. Whether through academic courses or job experience, you’ll need to have some familiarity with either accounting concepts or CRM platforms to succeed.


**Requirements**  

- Competitive, driven, and money-motivated, with a background in athletics  

- Experience using CRM or accounting software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks, etc.)  

- In-office presence required for training (5 days per week)  

- Basic understanding of accounting principles or CRM platforms (academic or practical)  

- A hunger for growth, success, and learning  

- Grit, determination, and a problem-solving mindset  


**Key Responsibilities**  

- **Product Knowledge**: Learn our product portfolio and understand the technical aspects of our ERP or CRM solutions. You’ll need to explain complex concepts in simple terms and stay up-to-date with industry trends.  

- **Communication Skills**: Clearly articulate the benefits of our products through strong verbal and written communication.  

- **Active Listening & Empathy**: Listen to understand customer needs, challenges, and build trust through empathy.  

- **Problem-Solving & Adaptability**: Tailor solutions to meet customer needs and adapt to new technologies, market changes, and tools.  

- **Business Acumen**: Understand the business environment, the customer's ROI, and align our products with their business goals.  

- **Relationship Building**: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and nurture them for long-term success.  

- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, technical teams, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
