Job Summary:

The National Sales Account Manager will report to the Vice President of Sales and be responsible for developing new business opportunities, closing large national accounts, and managing strategic relationships. This role will focus on driving revenue, securing product specifications, and maintaining long-term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by driving revenue growth and securing new business with existing and new McCue customers.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct successful customer meetings to introduce new products, review current offerings, and address business needs.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth and maintain accurate forecasts for operational planning.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target growth within your territory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and drive business results.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales, with experience in building and maintaining strategic relationships.
  • Ability to negotiate long-term agreements with end users.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop customer-centric approaches.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
  • Proficient in managing sales forecasts and pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM tools.
